Meet Drew

With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Drew rose to Vice President in Global Strategy & Initiatives at Bank of America where he led the development and execution of complex, critical company wide programs. In addition, he successfully maximized revenue, eliminated low value steps, and repositioned products to increase profitability.

Prior to Bank of America, he has serviced and advised clients across multiple industries including military contracting, production/ manufacturing, sales, banking, and customer service optimization. Drew obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Mechanical Engineering and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Meet Tiffany

Tiffany is the Global Head of Inclusion and Diversity at AstraZeneca where she is responsible for developing a comprehensive global I&D strategy and roadmap to support the achievement of AZ’s purpose and enterprise strategy.   Prior to AZ, she was the Global Head of Internal Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at Alexion Pharmaceuticals where she helped to build the organization’s very first function focused on DEI.

Tiffany has served in various roles in HR and spent the majority of her career as a human capital consultant advising leaders across industries and around the world in building and implementing effective and sustainable people strategies. Tiffany obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Howard University, her Juris Doctorate (JD) from George Washington University and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
